What's In Season

Edible Tampa Bay explores the foods, stories and communities of the Tampa Bay area season by season. As the editorial assistant and a contributing writer, I researched and updated the What's in Season and Farmers’ Market Guide sections of the magazine (while getting to eat really good food). Each season I interviewed chefs, farmers, fishermen, and other pillars of the Tampa Bay food community and worked with the Editor in Chief to develop recipes.
