I’m currently a Senior Editor at American Addiction Centers, where I primarily work on content management, production, and strategy for our national directories that help readers find addiction treatment centers. You can see some of my latest work here and here.

Financial Services Client

At NP Digital, I was the lead content strategist for an enterprise financial services client. Despite being a global leader in cross-border, cross-currency money movement and payments, this client wasn’t considered a digital front-runner, specifically in digital cross-border exchanges. Working with the broader team, we integrated content, digital PR, and SEO tactics to showcase their digital capabilities and direct audiences to new content on the website.

Specific content initiatives included:

  • Creating different types of engaging content informed by research, including custom imagery and video, data visualization, educational pieces, and scalable tools.

  • Optimizing more than 200 high-priority web pages for content and SEO.

  • Creating 70 new web pages across the company’s global website.

  • Working with key stakeholders to help manage the creation of localized copy across more than 10 priority country corridors, including the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.

  • Supporting a global website migration.

  • Among total ranking keywords, 31% of keywords contained “digital,” 39% contained “cross-border,” “international,” or “global” payments, and 16% contained “remittance”

  • 18% - 30% increases in natural search entries YoY across 10 priority country corridors

  • 34% increase in registrations YoY

  • 11% increase in position 1-3 keywords YoY
